SectorFest went down a storm

Entrepreneurship Society and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) Society, two of the well-established student societies of Istanbul Ticaret University, once again held a resounding event.

The SectorFest event hosted prominent names from the business world. The first guest of the event held in Küçükyalı Campus was Teknopark Istanbul Incubation Center Team Leader Mr. Özkan Can. Mr. Can informed the students about job and internship opportunities and opportunities about Istanbul Chamber of Commerce and Technopark, of which our university is among the founding partners. During the short break, the stands of various brands that sponsored the event provided entertaining moments for the students. While the event was underway, the second guest, Head of PCP & Key Account Manager Mr. Murat Şırlağan, met with the students. After giving information about innovative products, Mr. Şırlağan continued his conversation with the students with one-on-one conversations. Mr. Yalçın Yılmazkaya, Secretary General of the Aerospace Cluster Association, shared his experiences and suggestions with students within the scope of the aviation and engineering talks. The last guest of the event, which was accompanied by music and entertainment, was TÜBİTAK (Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye) Center of Research for Advanced Technologies of Informatics and Information Security (BILGEM) Explosive Detection Systems Department Manager Mr. Hakkı Nazlı. Prominent figures who met with the students at the event sincerely answered the questions asked to them.
