Expressing his satisfaction with this visit, Rector Prof. Dr. Oğurlu thanked everyone who contributed to the project and said, “Academic work is not just about education and training. It is also about taking part in projects, bringing these projects to life and turning them into publications.” Prof. Dr. Oğurlu stated that the collaborative efforts to serve the country are very valuable.
Stating that they are making efforts to accelerate innovative thinking, Rector Prof. Dr. Oğurlu also mentioned the distance Istanbul Ticaret University has covered in terms of scientific publications and projects, and emphasized that the project applications, which amounted to around 5-6 million TL in 2019, reached 193 million TL today, and that the amount of the finalized projects reached 70 million TL.
