The 5th Moot Court Simulation, organized by the Law Society of our university, was held at Sütlüce Campus with intense participation. During the event, which took place in different classrooms and a virtual courtroom, students had the opportunity to experience the court processes by representing the court committee, plaintiff and defendant parties and their attorneys through the legal cases determined.
REALISTIC EXPERIENCE IN DIFFERENT COURTS
In the simulation, cases from different courts such as the Supreme Court, Civil Court of First Instance, Criminal Court and Family Court were discussed. Participants had the opportunity to put their theoretical knowledge into practice and to get to know the legal processes closely in an atmosphere that resembles a real court environment.
52 STUDENTS TOOK AN ACTIVE ROLE
52 students actively participated in this year’s simulation. Students developed legal arguments and represented the parties in line with the scenarios prepared in advance. The event provided an important opportunity for students to experience how to apply their legal knowledge in practice.
