Details Regarding Graduate Student Exchange Programs

The details concerning graduate student exchange programs are regulated in the relevant article of the Istanbul Commerce University Graduate Education and Instruction Regulations:

Article 51

  1. In accordance with agreements concluded between the University and other universities at the national or international level, inter-university student exchange programs may be implemented. In cases where this Regulation does not contain provisions regarding national or international student exchange, the relevant legislation shall apply.

  2. Periods spent at domestic or international higher education institutions within the scope of exchange programs and international joint programs are included in the maximum duration of study.

  3. Students who come to the University within the scope of an exchange program are not considered Istanbul Commerce University students and cannot benefit from student rights; however, they are subject to the academic and administrative rules applied to other University students. These students are not awarded a diploma or academic title; however, upon request, they are provided with an official document (transcript) indicating the courses taken and grades received at the University.
