Requirements and Rules for the Academic Degree to be Entitled to

Degree Awarded and Academic Level

Students who successfully complete this program are entitled to receive the following academic degree:

  • Degree Awarded: Bachelor’s Diploma (Bachelor’s Degree)

  • Title Conferred: Economist

  • Academic Level of the Degree: Undergraduate (First Cycle)

Degree Requirements and Academic Regulations

Students must fulfill the following academic requirements:

  • Normal Duration of Study: The undergraduate program is designed to be completed in 4 years (8 semesters), and students are expected to complete all courses within this period.

  • Maximum Duration of Study: The maximum duration for completing the undergraduate program is 7 years, starting from the semester in which the student is first enrolled in the courses of the program, regardless of whether the student registers in each subsequent semester.

  • Course Load: To be eligible for graduation, students must successfully complete all compulsory and elective courses in the curriculum. To fulfill the elective course requirement, students must take 12 departmental elective courses and 3 university elective courses.
