Fitch Ratings Turkey Director Gulcan Ustay, Business Investment Securities Inc. Director of Corporate Finance-Debt Instruments Basak Selcuk, Garanti Bank Risk Management Director Ebru Ogan Knottnerus, Head of Hacettepe University Actuarial Science Department Dr. Kasırga Yildirak, Vice President of the Central Bank of Turkey Murat Cetinkaya attended the panel organized in Sutluce campus.

The organization in which Istanbul Commerce University Reputation and Rating Application and Research Center Director Asst. Prof. Ferhan Benli made the opening speech presentations were made on methodology and expectations of rating agencies’ works related to countries, corporations, and other organizations.
