İngilizce Hazırlık Programı Session 3 Sınıf Listeleri ve Derslerin Uygulanması /English Preparatory Program Session 3 Class Lists & Application Principles of the Courses

2021-2022 Eğitim-Öğretim Yılı Bahar Yarıyılında Hazırlık Sınıfı Programında Derslerin Uygulama İlkeleri:

1. 2021-2022 eğitim-öğretim yılı bahar yarıyılında hazırlık sınıfı programı derslerinde hibrit eğitim süresince % 70 devam zorunluluğunun aranması,
2. Devam yükümlülüğünü yerine getirmeyen öğrencilerin, kur sonunda yapılan Final sınavına alınmaması ve bulundukları kurda otomatik olarak başarısız sayılmaları,
3. Yüz yüze ve çevrim içi olarak yapılacak derslerde, devamsızlık durumunun dersin öğretim görevlisi tarafından takip edilmesi,
4. 2021-2022 eğitim-öğretim yılı bahar yarıyılında haftalık 20 saatlik ders programının %40’ına denk gelen haftalık 8 saatlik (2 gün) kısmının uzaktan eğitim yöntemi ile yürütülmesi,
5. Yüz yüze yapılacak derslerin (haftada 3 gün /toplam 12 saat), eş zamanlı şekilde ilgili öğretim görevlisi tarafından uzaktan eğitim sistemi üzerinden çevrim içi olarak yayınlanması, derslerin uzaktan eğitim sistemi üzerinde kayıt altına alınması ve tüm sürecin İngilizce Hazırlık Sınıfı Koordinatörlüğü ile Üniversitemiz Uzaktan Eğitim Uygulama ve Araştırma Merkezi tarafından organize edilmesi.

Application Principles of the Courses in the Preparatory Class Program in the Spring Semester of the 2021-2022 Academic Year:

1. In the spring semester of the 2021-2022 academic year, 70% attendance is required during the hybrid education in the preparatory class program courses,

2. Students who do not fulfill their attendance obligation cannot take the final exam at the end of the course and are automatically considered unsuccessful in their current course,

3. In the courses to be held face-to-face and online, the absence status will be followed by the lecturer of the course,

4. In the spring semester of the 2021-2022 academic year, 8 hours (2 days) per week, which corresponds to 40% of the 20-hour weekly course program, is carried out by our distance education program,

5. Face-to-face courses (3 days a week / 12 hours in total) are the concurrent classrooms in which our lecturers teach some students in person and others simultaneously online. These courses are also recorded on the distance education system. The whole process is carried out by the English Preparatory Class Coordinator and the Education Application and Research Centre of our University.
