My name is Houria Mohamed, an international student form Algeria studying Master’s degree in international finance. I feel fortunate to be offered a place at Ticaret university for my master´s degree as all my university teachers are extremely talented and have good subject knowledge in their fields.

As an international student, I have always felt welcomed by the university community and always supported and helped which made my experience as a student in Turkye an enjoyable and positive experience. The library has a large number of books needed for further reading and are happy to order new books on request. It also has a private space for research students which is a quiet environment as well as its flexible opening hours that cater for students needs and commitments outside of learning.

I can’t be thankful enough for my tutors for having their doors always open for us to help and answer our questions all the time via email or in person. Here, I want to mention Doç.Dr. Ayben Koy in particular, for the exceptional support she offered me since I joined the university.

I am confident to say that Ticaret university was a great step in my career growth.
