For our Istanbul office, we are looking for a Junior Accountant.

University degree in Economics, Business Administration or Finance from a reputable universities,

Minimum 2-3  years experience in accounting and tax departments in a multinational company or having an audit experience,

Good understanding of Turkish accounting,

Good comand of written and spoken English,

Proficient in  MS Office Programs (especially Excel and PowerPoint),

Preferably good knowledge on SAP applications,

Strong analytical, problem solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline oriented environment,

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description:

Following day to day accounting activities,

Following month-end/year-end closing activities,

Following reconciliations of vendors and bank accounts,

Preparing and sending tax declarations in compliance with tax and accounting regulations,

Preparing legal and statutory reports,

Supporting the team in preparing related reports for management purposes,

Preparing documents and reports requested within the company and within the group
