Rectorate project office has been continuing to contribute to society by developing new projects. In addition to project cycle management courses, new projects are provided and administrated by that office. One of the last projects, entitled “The Project of Development in Health”, carried on, consists of the digital learning components which is based on development of heath industry especially health tourism. As university, our main attention focuses on generating qualified human resources. Digital learning systems become the major part of this process. That’s why; project aims to develop new approach to HR by generalizing digital learning systems in health tourism sector by adopting the intellectual processes that will be created by Istanbul Commerce University.
Another project “The Address of Mobile Solutions: Women”. Main purpose of this project is to encourage women in the business life, especially field of mobile solutions. To support this goal, project consists of some activities, such as super-intensive education program, the development of thematic incubation center, building bridges between women and administrative part of sector by organizing key and focus programs. It will take one year to proceed.

Rectorate project office’s been keeping on generating projects both locally and globally. The project team successfully finished a lot of projects in the past and always tries to find new opportunities to catch as well. Some of those projects, concluded by the same office last years, are mentioned below:
Animate Istanbul: Animation Entrepreneurship Program, 2013 – 2014
The purposes of "Animate Istanbul Project" are to support the reel industry of animation by training concerned students to supply high qualified human resources to the market, both private and public and to develop a web-portal including Turkish animation movies, amateur works, call for projects, network cannels and news. Istanbul Commerce University will lead to this project in cooperation with Animation Association in Istanbul.

Mobile Technologies and Entrepreneurship Development Laboratory, 2012 – 2013
The project aims to create a Mobile Technologies' Development Laboratory and train interested young people about Mobile Technologies and Entrepreneurship Skills for creating new start-ups in the industry. Istanbul Commerce University will implement the project in cooperation with Istanbul Chamber of Commerce and Mobile Service Providers Businesspeople Association. Istanbul Development Agency funds this project.
